7. Kādam mērķim pakalpojuma saņēmēji lietos e-pakalpojumu?

Ja lietos e-pakalpojumu, kura rezultāts ir izziņa citai valsts iestādei, tad ir jāveido divu iestāžu sadarbība, lai iedzīvotājs nepildītu kurjera funkciju (Valsts pārvaldes iekārtas likuma 10.panta 8.punkts).
